Request data deletion
Submit a verified request to delete your Riovis account and all associated data. We honor GDPR Article 17 and CCPA right-to-delete obligations.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile, sign-in identity, and login history
- Your membership in any tenants (organizations) on Riovis
- All connected social, video, messaging, and CMS OAuth tokens (revoked and zero-filled)
- Marketplace creator profile data, contracts, and earnings history (if applicable)
- Audit logs, analytics events, and brand-engine data tied to your identity
Compliance timeline
- Production deletion
- Within 30 days of verification
- Backup retention purge
- Within 90 days of verification
